  • At the end of 2011, the 2% payroll tax returns.  At the end of 2012, the Bush tax cuts expire, and the AMT returns to bite the middle class.  So there are already numerous tax increases in the base.  The Dems are talking about additional tax increases.

  • I believe the doctors know more about her expected recovery than they are saying. What they said so far......"The physicians place her in the top 5% of patients recovering from her type of brain injury"....... So it would seem they know what type of recovery is expected of those in the top 5%.
